Job Description: Customer Care Executive Statcon Powtech Private Limited, a leading manufacturer of solar inverters and power electronics solutions, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in customer support within the renewable energy industry. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Register customer complaints and coordinate with the after-sales and service teams for quick resolution Maintain customer service logs and documentation for all interactions and feedback Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies Assist in maintaining a positive brand image and high customer satisfaction levels Learn and use CRM tools and reporting systems effectively Qualifications and Skills Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow within the organization Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream or Undergraduate are also preferred Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CRM tools and call center operations (if any) Understanding of solar energy or electronics products is a plus Fluency in regional languages will be an added advantage Statcon Electronics and Statcon Powtech are Equal Opportunity Employers and consider applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, age, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
