Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our Customer Care team as a Restaurant Onboarding Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant partners, guiding them through the registration process, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience. This role requires excellent English communication skills and a strong sales/upselling  acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective restaurant partners and assist them through the onboarding process.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and platform policies to restaurant owners/managers.
• Follow up with restaurants to ensure timely documentation and account activation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately.
• Provide post-onboarding support and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain records of communication 
• Achieve assigned onboarding or conversion targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Build strong relationships with partners to encourage long-term collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer care role, preferably in the food-tech or hospitality sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a problem-solving attitude.
