Role Overview: We are seeking energetic, persuasive, and self-driven professionals for a contractual role focused on onboarding restaurants onto the Gintaa platform. This is a performance-based opportunity ideal for individuals who excel at B2B outreach, relationship building, and digital product demonstrations. Contract Duration: 6 to 12 Months (Renewable based on performance and project requirements) Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential restaurant partners in assigned territory Pitch Gintaas platform features and benefits to restaurant owners/managers Explain onboarding procedures, pricing structure, and service expectations Collect and validate KYC and restaurant data for registration Guide restaurants through the signup process and profile activation Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and data compliance Meet weekly/monthly onboarding targets as assigned Maintain a tracker of leads, sign-ups, and follow-up actions Eligibility Criteria: Graduate or equivalent experience in sales, hospitality, or marketing Good communication, presentation, and persuasion skills Basic understanding of digital platforms or e-commerce ecosystems Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using digital tools for reporting Willingness to travel locally or regionally, if needed Skills Required: Target orientated and result-driven approach Time management and multitasking ability Proficiency in local language(s); English is a plus Relationship management and negotiation Performance Metrics: Number of restaurants successfully onboarded Lead conversion ratio TAT from lead generation to profile activation Feedback scores from restaurant partners Perks & Benefits: Flexible work hours Performance-based rewards Potential long-term opportunities with Gintaa
