Job Description

Objective of the role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Understand the Business objectives, opportunities & challenges to develop TM initiatives in coordination with regional sales team & central TM team.
  • Custodian of Sales performance parameters, analysis & contributor to action plans
  • Develop impactful promotional partnerships & mechanisms for trade partners & consumers like Distributor/Retailer loyalty programs etc.
  • New Product Launch Execution
  • Anchor all promotional, Display, POS activities at local level In shop Activation. Monitor adherence to placement & merchandising norms through regular Market audits.
  • Trade Activity & Event Calendar identify & participate in events/forums.
  • Competition activity information

  • Planning & execution of TM Calendar
  • Store Visibility & Activation
  • Trade Engagement programs
