Job Description

Objective of the role

Key Responsibilities :

Understand the Business objectives, opportunities & challenges to develop TM initiatives in coordination with regional sales team & central TM team.
Custodian of Sales performance parameters, analysis & contributor to action plans
Develop impactful promotional partnerships & mechanisms for trade partners & consumers like Distributor/Retailer loyalty programs etc.
New Product Launch Execution
Anchor all promotional, Display, POS activities at local level In shop Activation. Monitor adherence to placement & merchandising norms through regular Market audits.
Trade Activity & Event Calendar identify & participate in events/forums.
Competition activity information

Vendor management
