Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Preferred Skills: Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage. Experience in a call center or BPO environment. Good typing speed and computer literacy. Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. Work Environment: Office-based or remote, depending on the company. Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays may be required.
