Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Flexible schedule (availability on weekends or evenings may be required).
