Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate in a blended process, your main role will involve handling customers and solving queries effectively. You will be required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to think independently and make decisions. Being a good team player, capable of working under pressure, and having an eagerness to learn and implement innovative ideas will be key attributes for success in this role. Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in MS Excel and computer skills, as well as strong organizational and time-management skills are also essential. Additionally, good decision-making skills and excellent interpersonal skills will be beneficial for your performance. Key Responsibilities: - Handling customers efficiently - Solving queries promptly Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think independently and make decisions - Capable of working under pressure - Good team player - Eagerness to learn and implement innovative ideas - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Excel and computer skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Good decision-making skills - Excellent interpersonal skills Please note that the work timings may vary for female and male employees, with female shift timings from 7am to 8pm and male employees required to work evening, night, and mid-night shifts. The job offers a full-time, permanent position for freshers, with a salary range of 13k to 15.5k in hand with no deductions. You will be working 6 days a week with one rotational week off. The work location is in person, with English being the preferred language for communication.,
