Customer Care Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, while also being able to handle various customer inquiries effectively.

• Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards suitable products.
• Sales and Upselling: Promoting and selling products, potentially upselling or cross-selling complementary items.
• Transaction Processing: Handling cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining the Store: Ensuring the sales area is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Customer Service: Addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling returns.
• Product Knowledge: Staying informed about product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieving Targets: Contributing to individual and store sales goals.
• Inventory Management: Participating in stock counts and inventory control procedures.
• Promotional Activities: Staying updated on promotions and participating in sales events.
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (pricing and after-sales & services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

• Skill’s
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
