Job Description

Job Summary:

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts, etc.) to resolve issues quickly.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by building positive relationships.

Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Prior experience in customer service/call center role is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customers calmly.

Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).

Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers.
