Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Follow up with customers regarding pending payments through calls, emails, and field visits (if applicable). Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely collections. Handle customer queries and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Update collection details in CRM or relevant tools. Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts and Sales for account reconciliation. Maintain proper documentation of collection efforts and customer interactions. Escalate unresolved cases to the senior team when necessary. Key Skills Required:Strong verbal and written communication skills Good negotiation and persuasion abilities Basic understanding of billing and payment processes Knowledge of CRM tools or collection systems (preferred) Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability
