Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online support, delivering seamless solutions for retail and banking services. Use your problem-solving skills to provide quick, effective assistance and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Job Summary:

Inbound customer service calls retail and banking processes

Broad Responsibilities / Major Deliverables:

- Handling inbound customer calls, outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Listening to and understanding customer requirements
- Providing product/service details and benefits to customers
- Delivering end-to-end solutions
- Asking the right questions probing and prompting where necessary
- Timely and accurately capturing all information provided by the customer
- Following up with brands as per the escalation matrix until closure
- Staying up to date with knowledge of products, processes, and services offered by the client
- Ensuring full adherence to all quality parameters and SOPs
- Cooperating with team members, SMEs, and team leaders
- Ensuring 100% adherence to the schedule
- Escalating calls to the team leader/manager, where necessary
- Handling irate or demanding customers tactfully
