Job Title: Customer Care ExecutiveLocation: [ B3/1, phase2, opp police station , below idbi bank , ashok vihar,Delhi-110052] Department: Customer Service / Support Job Timings:- 10:30 AM to 9:00 pm Job Summary:We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions professionally and ensure excellent service delivery. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support to resolve customer queries. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Record and track customer interactions in CRM systems. Escalate complex queries or complaints to relevant departments for timely resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction levels are met. Achieve performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-contact resolution. Suggest improvements in processes, products, or services based on customer feedback. Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and customer service techniques
