Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provide superior Customer Experience through Chat, Email, and Call.
  •  Offer accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
  •  Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  •  Collaborate with team members and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
  •  Follow the company’s communication procedures, policies, and guidelines consistently.
  •  Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable; fluency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with call center operations and outbound calling techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
