· Proactively attend to customer queries on Whatsapp/social media platforms/phone related to price, fabric, shipping etc
· Book Customers orders on Whatsapp in the system; Confirmations for COD orders
· Resolve/Escalate customer grievances in a timely manner
· 6 days a week
Right Candidate should be/have
· Good written English communication skills, preferably English medium schooling
· Team player, Positive attitude, calm demeanor
· Hustler, multi-tasker
· Previous Customer service experience is mandatory

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
