Job Summary Avance Adcomm is looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Customer Care Executive (Female) to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of marketing and advertising projects. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and have strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients across targeted industries to generate qualified leads. Identify decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and initiate meaningful conversations to pitch products/services. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and effectively handle objections to schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. Maintain detailed records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly call targets, lead conversion rates, and KPIs. Core Skills: Proven experience in B2B cold calling with a strong track record of lead generation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives. Confident, assertive, and resilient with a high tolerance for rejection. Strong understanding of sales processes and consultative selling techniques. Proficient in using CRM tools, call tracking software, and email outreach platforms. Ability to quickly learn about new products, industries, and client pain points. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
