About the Job • Customer inquiries: Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or other methods  • Customer needs: Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction  • Product information: Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability  • Customer complaints: Investigate and resolve customer complaints  • Customer feedback: Pass customer feedback on to the product or sales team  • Customer records: Maintain a database of customer information  • Communication: Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications  • Sales targets: Meet customer-service department sales targets  • Process documents: Process documents like applications, forms, and custom requests  • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved  • Escalations: Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there's a complex issue
