Customer Care Co-ordinator

As a Customer Care Coordinator, your role will involve managing customer interactions, supporting sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, process customer orders, and build strong relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Call existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products and services. - Accurately record and process customer purchase orders. - Generate and qualify leads for the outside sales team. - Manage customer accounts and ensure consistent satisfaction. - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. - Utilize sales scripts to drive sales and handle objections effectively. - Gain in-depth product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions. - Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets consistently. Requirements: - Preferred experience in customer service, telesales, or telemarketing. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Mandatory language fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam. - Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. - Target-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
