The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product catalog management, and sales performance analysis. Experience in managing platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or other online marketplaces will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Sales Performance: Work with the E-Commerce Head to monitor sales and analyze customer shopping trends. Product Catalog Management: Create, update, and maintain product listings across platforms. Discrepancy Management: Handle claims related to sales and returns, ensuring accurate records. Order Management: Process orders in the ERP system and coordinate with the accounts team for invoices and GST filings. Marketing & Campaigns: Collaborate with the design team for promotional content and manage online campaigns. Inventory Management: Work with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, monitor campaign performance, and manage MIS reports. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and inventory management. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience in digital marketing and campaign management is a plus.
