Customer Care Associate

Job Purpose:

To deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, responding to queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the store’s sales and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products as per their needs.
• Provide detailed information on products, promotions, sizes, and styling.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Ensure accurate billing and handle cash/credit card transactions at the POS counter.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Support stock management – receiving, replenishment, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs, exchange policies, and ongoing promotions.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
• Ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience for every customer.

• Basic computer and POS knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail / customer service (fashion retail preferred).
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
