Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our pharmaceutical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services. Assist customers with order placements, tracking, returns, and complaints. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Quality, etc.) to resolve customer issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and data privacy standards. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. Continuously improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals.
