Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription medications. Provide basic product information and guide customers on usage as per pharmacist instructions. Process sales transactions using POS systems and handle cash/card payments. Maintain accurate billing and ensure proper documentation of prescriptions. Support inventory management by checking stock levels, expiry dates, and restocking shelves. Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of products in the store. Coordinate with the pharmacist for prescription validation and controlled drug handling.
