This role focuses on organizing events, maintaining brand visibility, and managing data and reports to ensure seamless marketing operations across the clinics and community programs. Key Responsibilities- 1. Offline Marketing & Events Support the planning and execution of all on-ground marketing initiatives, including health camps, school programs, awareness sessions, and wellness fests. Manage event logistics — invitations, registrations, setup arrangements, branding materials, and coordination with vendors. Liaise with internal teams and partners to ensure events run smoothly and represent HealthLand’s values of child health and family wellbeing. Handle event documentation — capture photographs, collect participant feedback/testimonials, and prepare brief event reports for internal review. 2. Brand Communication & Collateral Maintain a systematic inventory of all marketing materials such as flyers, posters, standees, and merchandise. Ensure timely replenishment and upkeep of materials across all HealthLand locations to maintain consistent brand presentation. Coordinate with designers and printing vendors to produce new marketing assets, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and cost-effective production. Ensure all physical and digital materials are aligned with HealthLand’s brand guidelines and tone of communication. 3. Data, Reporting & Analysis Maintain and regularly update a database of marketing activities, community partners, and event participation details. Prepare weekly performance reports summarizing completed activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement. Collect and compile patient and participant feedback from events to support campaign evaluation and planning. Share insights with the Marketing Manager to help refine future marketing initiatives. Skills & Competencies- Strong organizational and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of marketing communication and event planning. Good written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records and reports. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors. Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service-oriented industries.
