About the Role

Customer Service Executives


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international inbound/outbound voice calls (US & Australian markets).

  • Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and accuracy.

  • Resolve queries within SLA and maintain quality standards.

  • Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance metrics.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year International BPO (voice) experience mandatory.

  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.

  • rotational US & Australian night shifts

  • rotational 2 week offs

  • Immediate joining required.

  • Work From Office (Thane location).
