Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Business Development Executive to drive business growth and ensure excellent partner satisfaction. In this dual-role, you will be the voice of Trakky for our salon and spa partners—providing support, resolving issues, and also identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls to support partner salons and spas.
  • Resolve issues, answer product-related queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential new partners (salons/spas) through calls or emails.
  • Explain the benefits of joining Trakky’s platform (free and premium plans).
  • Assist new partners through the onboarding process.
  • Promote upselling or cross-selling of premium features and services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage retention.

Candidate Requirements

  • Based in Ahmedabad (mandatory for this in-office role).
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or inside sales (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
  • Proficient in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
