Job description

As an Costumer Associate you will be responsible for initiating and managing acquisition-related communications with businesses and individuals across the UK, Germany, Ireland, and Canada. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, cultural awareness, and a smart, professional approach. You’ll play a key part in securing valuable opportunities and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain communication with potential acquisition targets across multiple regions.
• Build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Conduct market research and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align acquisition strategies with company goals.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach and communications.
• Represent the company with professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proven negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand and adapt to different cultural and business environments.
• Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
• Self-motivated with a long-term commitment to career growth within the company.
• Experience in sales, acquisitions, or business development is preferred.
