Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound member calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Maintain data accuracy and documentation as per compliance guidelines.
Ensure adherence to service quality and productivity standards.
Exhibit strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
Typing speed:
Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
SVAR Score:
Minimum 60.
Preferably from an
English Medium education
background.
Strong
English comprehension, analytical, and multitasking skills
.
Basic computer proficiency
and good
business writing skills
.
Customer-service-oriented attitude with strong soft skills.
Should
not be enrolled in any full-time course
.
Must be
comfortable working from office
and in
night shifts

Eligibility Criteria :

Qualification:
Graduate / HSC Fresher with excellent communication skills.
Candidates with
B.Ed, D.El.Ed, MBA, BA LLB
, or other niche qualifications
not eligible
.
BPO experience
with complete documentation is an advantage.
Full-time students
and
out-of-boundary candidates
are not eligible.
Must possess
original Aadhar & PAN cards

Self-travelling candidates
outside the transport boundary not eligible.
