Job Description

As a Customer Acquisition and Retention Lead, your role will involve managing all customer activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing retention initiatives. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with partners to drive business growth, developing a pipeline through referrals, digital leads, and target prospect outreach. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, managing, and implementing digital subscriber acquisition marketing strategy for optimal efficiency. - Identifying product priorities and content opportunities to engage customers effectively. - Conducting research on current market trends to identify growth opportunities. - Providing results and recommendations on innovative programs. - Analyzing and reporting data to measure campaign effectiveness. - Developing strategies to reach new members through desktop and mobile campaigns. - Designing Persona Journeys to enhance customer retention. - Collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales and event impact. - Delivering KPIs on customer lifetime value to meet annual forecasts. - Managing agency relationships, setting goals, providing media assets, and managing budgets. - Working with development and product teams to improve user experience and conversion rates. - Collaborating with customer retention team to create new programs for enhanced engagement. - Developing training programs and policies to improve customer engagement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Math, or a related analytical field. - Strong proficiency in CleverTap or MoEngage. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel (proficiency in SQL highly desired). - Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools. - 5 years of customer acquisition digital marketing experience in an eCommerce/direct response environment. - Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of online marketing metrics. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and implement high-priority initiatives. - Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills. - Expertise in e-commerce operations and digital business strategy.
