Role & responsibilities

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining communication with potential clients who have expressed interest in our products or services. Your role will involve handling inquiries, making outbound calls, drafting emails, and conducting WhatsApp campaigns to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process. Responsibilities:

1. Lead Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received through various channels such as email, website forms, and social media platforms. Engage with leads to gather information about their requirements and preferences.

2. Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone calls to introduce our company's offerings, discuss their needs, and explore potential opportunities for collaboration. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.

3. Email Drafting: Compose clear, concise, and persuasive emails tailored to the specific needs and interests of each prospect. Provide detailed information about our solutions, address any inquiries or concerns, and encourage further discussion or action.

4. WhatsApp Campaigns: Design and execute WhatsApp campaigns targeting relevant audiences to generate awareness and interest in our products or services. Create engaging content, including messages, images, and videos, to capture the attention of prospects and drive engagement..

5. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to keep the conversation progressing and address any questions or objections they may have. Utilize CRM software to track interactions and ensure that leads are properly managed and prioritized.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and support their efforts to close deals. Share insights and feedback gathered from interactions with prospects to optimize sales strategies and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a pre-sales, telecalling , telemarketing etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in using communication tools such as email, phone, and messaging apps.
