Job description: Job Title: Customer Acquisition Officer – Land Projects Location: Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bengaluru Experience Required: Maximum 3 years in sales, preferably in real estate or managed farmland sector. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Managed Farmland sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable living and land investments. Key Responsibilities: Actively generate leads and convert prospects interested in farmland investments Conduct client meetings, farmland site visits, and property walkthroughs Present investment opportunities and explain project details clearly to clients Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and follow up on inquiries Stay updated on farmland project developments, pricing, and availability Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report to the Sales Manager Key Requirements: Maximum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or land investment sector Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to close high-value sales deals Willingness to travel for client meetings and farmland visits Familiarity with local land regulations and project details is a plus Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player Additional Information: Working Days: 6 days/week – including weekends Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable Reporting to: Sales Manager Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
