Job Description

As a Customer Acquisition Manager - Sales at our company based in Bhubaneswar, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales operations across various sectors such as Education, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Corporate Sales. Your primary focus will involve developing strategic sales plans, fostering key partnerships, and driving business growth through effective leadership and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business objectives. - Drive revenue growth in multiple business segments including Education, F&B, Hospitality, and Corporate Sales. - Establish partnerships with institutions, consultants, colleges, and universities for training sessions and career counseling programs. - Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with principals, faculty members, and institutional heads. - Lead the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of targets. - Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and understand customer needs. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums. Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership or managerial roles. - Proficiency in English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated success in two or more domains: Education, F&B, Hospitality, or Corporate Sales. - Strong business acumen with the ability to strategize and execute effectively. - Leadership qualities focused on performance, growth, and team development. - Must be based in Bhubaneswar or willing to relocate.
