Job Overview: -

If you enjoy talking to people, building trust, and explaining simple financial concepts, this role is perfect for you! No prior experience in finance is required we will train you. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are all you need to get started.

Key Responsibilities: -

Engage leads via calls/emails to guide them through KYC and first investments.
Educate leads on bond and debt market benefits, simplifying financial concepts.
Manage lead pipelines using CRM tools and track conversion metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align strategies.
Stay updated on fintech and bond market trends to enhance conversion.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: 0-2 years in customer acquisition, sales, or business development (fintech experience preferred).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. Basic KYC knowledge is a plus.
Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of SEBI regulations is an advantage.
