Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition professional to join our growing team at Jiraaf.com. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with registered leads, guide them through the KYC process, and convert them into first-time investors on our platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer engagement, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in B2C or D2C fintech environments, preferably in equity, mutual funds, bonds, or debt markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement and Conversion: Actively engage with registered leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to build trust and guide them toward completing the KYC process and making their first investment.
  • KYC Facilitation: Assist leads in completing the KYC process by providing clear guidance, addressing queries, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Investor Nudging: Use persuasive communication and relationship-building skills to encourage leads to make their first investment in bonds or other fixed-income products on Jiraaf.com.
  • Customer Education: Educate leads about the benefits of investing in bonds and debt markets, addressing concerns and simplifying complex financial concepts.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track leads through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records of interactions and conversion progress.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as lead-to-KYC conversion rates and KYC-to-investment conversion rates, to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and compliance teams to align acquisition strategies with platform goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on trends in the fintech, bonds, and debt markets to provide relevant insights to leads and enhance conversion strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in any stream (e.g., Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields).
  • Experience: 2-5 years of work experience in customer acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in B2C or D2C fintech platforms.
  • Industry Preference: Experience in equity, mutual funds, bonds, or debt markets is highly desirable. Familiarity with SEBI-regulated platforms is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office. Basic understanding of KYC processes and fintech platforms.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements related to financial products is an advantage.
