15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and implement custom enhancements within SAP HCM Organizational Management. - Provide technical expertise and support for system integration and data migration. - Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Organizational Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HCM Payroll. - Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and configuration. - Knowledge of ABAP programming language for custom development. - Experience in SAP implementation projects and system integration. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient solutions.
