Summary:As a Software Development Lead, – Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor, you will lead and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor solutions for global clients. You will be responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Time & Labor processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and integration with other HCM modules.This role requires strong functional expertise, stakeholder management, and leadership capability to guide a team of consultants through full lifecycle implementations.You will lead functional delivery teams, embed Agentic AI accelerators into project execution, and guide clients on leveraging AI copilots and predictive time insights to optimize workforce productivity, scheduling, and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements related to time capture, scheduling, and labor compliance.Configure Time Entry Profiles, Calculation Rules, Fast Formulas, HCM Groups, and Work Schedules.Integrate T&L with Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll modules, using agentic validation agents for automated testing and reconciliation.Lead functional testing (SIT, UAT), manage issue resolution, and oversee cutover and deployment activities.Provide day-to-day leadership to the functional team, ensuring quality delivery within timelines.Collaborate with technical teams for custom reports, integrations, and interface design.Support pre-sales and solutioning activities, contributing to proposal development and estimation.Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and perform impact analysis for new features.Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members and client users.Professional & Technical
Skills:8–12 years of total experience in the Oracle HCM domain.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor.Strong understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll integration points.Experience in two or more full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor implementations.Knowledge of Fast Formulas and rules configuration.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working with global delivery models and multi-country rollouts.
Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.This position is based at our Bengaluru office.A 15 years full time education is required.MBA in HR or related specialization preferred.
