Job Description

As a Client Services Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with the company's products and services. Your responsibilities will include identifying data inconsistencies, defining business issues, and formulating procedures to address them. You will need to integrate your specialized knowledge with a basic understanding of industry practices to provide high-quality services to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Custody Services to both internal and external clients for settlement transactions. - Support various products and projects under general supervision, ensuring compliance with established systems and procedures. - Manage client transactions related to business, credit, and investment products, ensuring timely completion within audit and compliance standards. - Collaborate with operational and middle office teams to resolve client issues effectively. - Analyze data and identify process improvements to support project implementation. - Enforce banking policies and procedures while prioritizing client satisfaction. - Proactively engage with clients through calls and conduct service quality check-ins. - Identify new business opportunities and refer them to product specialists. - Utilize Citi applications proficiently and participate in service-related process enhancements. - Monitor, analyze, and evaluate processes and data using specialized skills to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of relevant experience in Client Services, preferably in Custody Settlements in the US market. - Proficiency in Custody processes, Reconciliations, and Swift notifications (MT54X). - Experience in DTC and FED Markets. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions. - Ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. - Client-facing experience with a background in operations, compliance, investments, banking, and custody products. - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
