What You’ll Do

• Write, design, and review curriculum materials for classrooms and field-based learning—from school students to college/university learners.
• Integrate India’s diverse cultural heritage, real-world application, and contemporary skills into lesson plans, modules, worksheets, multimedia, and academic guides.
• Ensure all resources are developmentally suitable, inclusive, and engaging for a variety of ages and backgrounds.
• Simplify complex concepts for K–12 and design advanced, inquiry-based content for undergraduate and postgraduate settings.
• Transform foundational concepts and specialized subjects into interactive, project-based, and research-oriented materials.
• Collaborate with educators, subject experts, faculty, practitioners, and artists to guarantee academic rigor and innovative thinking.
• Iterate with feedback from teachers, students, professors, and field pilots for continuous content improvement.
• Align all work with national and global frameworks (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards/NEP/UGC) and Curriculture’s values of experiential, culture-rooted learning.

What You Bring

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject (BA/BSc/BFA) required;
• Master’s or PhD preferred (in Education, Sciences, Social Sciences, Arts, Literature, History, Engineering, or related disciplines).

Experience:

• 2–6 years of curriculum/content writing, lesson planning, academic publishing, textbook/ed-tech resource development, or classroom teaching in K–12 and/or higher education contexts.
• Experience producing error-free, student-centric educational content (work with schools, colleges, NGOs, or EdTech preferred).

Skills & Attributes:

• Outstanding written communication, editing, and storytelling—in English and/or Hindi (additional Indian languages a plus).
• Deep grounding in Indian heritage, higher education needs, and contemporary academic standards.
• Strong research acumen; ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office, G Suite, and digital learning platforms.
• Creative, organized, detail-focused, adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Sensitivity to varied learning needs, differentiated instruction, and inclusive practices at all levels.

Desirable:

• Experience designing project-based, interdisciplinary, or research-driven pedagogies for diverse learners.

• Familiarity with NEP 2020, CBCS models, and other curriculum/assessment frameworks.
