Curriculum Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Design, structure, and deliver engaging curricula tailored to different age groups and learning styles. - Integrate global best practices into instructional frameworks, ensuring international competitiveness and relevance. - Create project-based, inquiry-driven, and interdisciplinary modules that go beyond rote learning. - Translate child psychology and developmental theories into practical teaching strategies. - Build differentiated learning pathways to support diverse learners. - Incorporate social-emotional learning (SEL), cultural diversity, and inclusive practices across all content. - Mentor and train teachers to confidently implement curricula with creativity. - Conduct regular workshops on pedagogy, assessments, and emerging teaching methodologies. - Design holistic assessment systems focusing on skills, creativity, and problem-solving. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track curriculum effectiveness. Qualification & Experience: - Bachelors/Masters in Education, Child Development, Psychology, Curriculum Studies, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development, pedagogy, or academic leadership. - Strong understanding of child learning psychology across multiple age groups. - Proven experience in international curricula design (IB, Cambridge, Common Core, etc.). - Excellent research, instructional design, and project management skills. - Strong communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams.
