Designation: Curriculum Development Manager

Location: Lucknow

Role Overview:

The Curriculum Development Manager will oversee the creation, review, and enhancement of engaging, child-centric, and NEP-aligned curriculum across all subjects and grades. The role involves coordinating with subject experts, designers, and trainers to ensure high-quality academic content delivery.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Curriculum Design: Develop and refine curriculum content, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Academic Alignment: Ensure alignment with NEP, NCF, and internal academic frameworks.
• Team Coordination: Guide curriculum writers, designers, and subject leads for timely outputs.
• Teacher Support: Create teacher guides and support materials; assist in training content.
• Review & Feedback: Incorporate feedback from schools and teachers for content improvement.
• Project Management: Maintain content calendar, version control, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s in Education or relevant subject area
• 4+ years of experience in curriculum design or education leadership
• Strong communication and content development skills
• Familiarity with innovative pedagogies and digital tools
