We’re looking for someone (ideally 24–26), driven, and excited to shape culture at a startup that lives and breathes fashion + hustle. This isn’t your typical HR role. t’s about building a team, a workplace, and an energy people actually want to be part of.
• Becoming the people person of LaFetch—owning culture, energy, and making this the place everyone wants to work at.
• Owning HR ops. Policies, payroll, processes that work for a fast-paced startup (without killing the energy with corporate red tape)
• Designing performance systems that actually make sense for a young, ambitious team.
• Driving end-to-end hiring: spotting talent, pitching LaFetch , and bringing A-players on board.
• Crafting fun and effective onboarding so new joiners feel like part of the squad from Day 1.
• Planning team-building, offsites, and everyday rituals that make work more than just… work.
• Being the bridge between management and team—you’ll actually have a voice in shaping how we grow.
1–3 years of experience in hiring/people/culture (but if you’re a hustler with less, we’re listening)
• Great at spotting talent that “gets” us and fits the LaFetch vibe.
• Creative enough to design engaging activities and events for the team
• Comfortable with payroll, contracts, and compliance basics
• Clear communicator, approachable yet firm when needed
• Dynamic, flexible, ready to pivot when things change (and they will)
• Someone who thrives in chaos, experiments, and builds from zero
• A doer with a founder mindset – you don’t wait for instructions, you figure it out
• You’re not inheriting, you’re building our people + culture playbook from scratch. Endless room to experiment and bring your own ideas (we’re not here for corporate playbooks).
• Massive ownership – you shape what LaFetch culture looks like as we grow
• A young, fun team that works hard and hangs out harder. We’re young, we’re ambitious, and we’re moving fast. You’ll grow as fast as LaFetch does.
