About the role

As a Gastronomy Concierge, you are the bridge between world-class travel and the ultimate culinary journey. You aren't just a booking agent; you are a taste-maker and a fixer. Your mission is to navigate the global culinary landscape to secure the impossible, curate the unforgettable, and ensure every bite our guests take is perfectly tailored to their needs.

You will be responsible for building deep relationships with the world’s most sought-after restaurants, designing bespoke food-centric itineraries, and acting as a technical liaison for guests with complex dietary requirements.


Key Responsibilities

-Elite Reservation Management

  • Secure Access: Manage and execute reservations at high-demand, Michelin-starred, and "hard-to-get" restaurants and bars globally.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a "black book" of contacts, including Maître d’s, General Managers, and Sommeliers, to ensure our guests receive VIP treatment and priority seating.
  • Waitlist Strategy: Proactively manage cancellations and waitlists to fulfill last-minute guest requests.


-Culinary Experience Curation

  • Bespoke Itineraries: Design end-to-end food and drink experiences, such as private vineyard tours, "meet the chef" kitchen tours, or local street-food crawls led by experts.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of global culinary trends, new openings, and hidden gems to provide cutting-edge recommendations that go beyond standard travel guides.
  • Event Planning: Oversee the logistics of private dining events or culinary celebrations for guests (e.g., anniversary dinners or private yacht catering).


-Dietary Engineering & Menu Customization

  • Bespoke Menus: Work directly with restaurant chefs and hotel F&B directors to pre-customize tasting menus that align with guest preferences.
  • Dietary Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for guests with severe allergies or specific dietary lifestyles (Vegan, Keto, Kosher, Halal, etc.), ensuring the kitchen is fully briefed and the experience is never compromised.
  • Quality Control: Review menus in advance to ensure they meet the agency’s high standards for luxury and creativity.


Must- have Requirements:

  1. Experience:

    3–5 years in high-end hospitality, concierge services, or luxury travel. A background as a Sommelier, F&B Manager, or Maître d’ is highly preferred. Having travelled widely would be a plus. 
  2. Culinary Knowledge:

    An encyclopedic knowledge of global cuisines, wine regions, and the current "Top 50" restaurant landscape.
  3. Communication:

    Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate with high-pressure restaurant environments while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor with HNW (High Net Worth) clients.
  4. Organization:

    Mastery of logistics—handling time zones, deposit requirements, and complex dietary spreadsheets with zero errors.
  5. Language:

    Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Italian, or Spanish) are a significant advantage.
