Job Description

Job Title: Executive CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

Experience Required:

Job Summary:

CSR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and monitor CSR activities in alignment with the company's CSR objectives and legal requirements.
Lead and manage
crowd funding initiatives
for social development projects.
Liaise with NGOs, government agencies, and community groups for collaborative CSR efforts.
Prepare CSR project proposals, budgets, impact reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely submission of RTI responses and maintain compliance with RTI-related documentation.
Monitor project progress, collect field data, and ensure impact assessment and reporting.
Coordinate with internal departments for project execution and publicity of CSR initiatives.
Represent the organization in CSR-related forums and events.
Maintain updated knowledge of CSR regulations, RTI Act, and real estate industry practices related to sustainability and compliance.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Social Work or related fields
Minimum
5 years of experience
in CSR, preferably from
Real Estate sector
.
Proven experience in
crowd funding campaigns
and donor engagement.
Solid understanding of the
RTI Act
and experience in managing RTI queries/responses.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficient in report writing, documentation, and using MS Office tools.
Fluency in English and Kannada.
