Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement: Call, follow up, and respond to customer inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website, referrals, and other lead sources. Project Presentation: Clearly explain project details, features, location advantages, pricing, and offers to prospects over the phone and through digital channels. Site Visit Conversion: Persuade potential customers to schedule and attend site visits, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team for closure. Database Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM with accurate contact details, interactions, and follow-up notes. Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion status. Market Feedback: Gather and share customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategy and communication. Coordination: Liaise with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts and follow-up priorities. Requirements Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or pre-sales (real estate experience preferred). Excellent communication and persuasion skills in [languages required e.g., English, Hindi, and Kannada]. Ability to handle objections professionally and convert interest into action. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
