Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and monitor CSR activities in alignment with the company's CSR objectives and legal requirements. Lead and manage crowd funding initiatives for social development projects. Liaise with NGOs, government agencies, and community groups for collaborative CSR efforts. Prepare CSR project proposals, budgets, impact reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely submission of RTI responses and maintain compliance with RTI-related documentation. Monitor project progress, collect field data, and ensure impact assessment and reporting. Coordinate with internal departments for project execution and publicity of CSR initiatives. Represent the organization in CSR-related forums and events. Maintain updated knowledge of CSR regulations, RTI Act, and real estate industry practices related to sustainability and compliance.
