CSM - Gold Loan/Branch Manager/Area Sales manager

We are seeking target-driven individuals for the following roles:

• Branch Manager (BM)

• Area Sales Manager (ASM)

• CSM (Gold Loan)

For BM / ASM:

1. Business Growth:

   Drive business volumes and profitability across the assigned branch or area portfolio (Gold Loan, Home Loan, Retail Assets).

2. Team Leadership:

   Hire, train, motivate, and manage the sales and service teams to achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly targets.

3. Operations & Compliance:

   Oversee daily branch/area operations, ensuring adherence to KYC, AML, and all regulatory guidelines.

4. Market Penetration:

   Identify new business avenues, conduct market intelligence, and expand the customer base within the catchment area.

5. Portfolio Quality:

   Ensure optimal asset quality by closely monitoring collections, recoveries, and preventing delinquencies.

For CSM (Gold Loan):

1. Gold Loan Sourcing:

   Lead the team in acquiring new Gold Loan customers and managing the existing portfolio.

2. Valuation & Custody:

   Ensure accurate gold appraisal/valuation and adherence to all security and vaulting protocols.

3. Customer Service:

   Manage high-net-worth client relationships and resolve customer grievances related to Gold Loan products efficiently.

4. Cross-Selling:

   Drive cross-selling of other bank/NBFC products to Gold Loan customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience:

  Proven track record of success in the respective managerial role (BM, ASM, or CSM) within a Bank, NBFC, or HFC.

• Industry:

  Strong working knowledge of

  Gold Loans, Home Loans, or other Retail Asset Finance

  is essential.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

• Locality:

  Strong familiarity with the

  Rajasthan

  market is highly advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits:
