CSM - Gold Loan/Branch Manager/Area Sales manager

As an experienced financial services leader, you will be responsible for driving business volumes and profitability in your assigned branch or area portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: - Business Growth: Achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly targets for Gold Loan, Home Loan, and Retail Assets. - Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales and service teams effectively. - Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines in daily branch/area operations. - Market Penetration: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market intelligence, and expand the customer base. - Portfolio Quality: Monitor collections, recoveries, and prevent delinquencies to maintain optimal asset quality. If you are applying for the CSM (Gold Loan) role, your focus will be on: - Gold Loan Sourcing: Acquire new Gold Loan customers and manage the existing portfolio. - Valuation & Custody: Ensure accurate gold appraisal/valuation and comply with security and vaulting protocols. - Customer Service: Manage high-net-worth client relationships and resolve customer grievances efficiently. - Cross-Selling: Drive cross-selling of other bank/NBFC products to Gold Loan customers. To qualify for these positions, you must meet the following requirements: - Experience: Proven success in a managerial role within a Bank, NBFC, or HFC. - Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Gold Loans, Home Loans, or Retail Asset Finance. - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree is preferred. - Locality: Strong understanding of the Rajasthan market is advantageous.
