Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience through clear communication, timely support, and effective problem resolution. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in internal systems
• Follow communication scripts, quality standards, and service procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Meet or exceed individual and team service performance targets
• Maintain a calm and empathetic approach while handling customer concerns

Eligibility & Educational Requirements

• Schooling must be completed from CBSE or ICSE boards only
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (any discipline)

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,654.41 per month
