Position: CS Trainee

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 1 year (Internship experience will also works )

Salary : up to 33k

Eligibility Criteria:

• CS Inter (currently pursuing or drop out from CS)
• 1 year of relevant experience in a company secretarial or compliance-related role
• Eager to learn and grow in a structured corporate environment

About the Role:

We are hiring a Trainee – Company Secretary who is currently pursuing their CS (Company Secretary) qualification and has not yet completed it. At least have 1year of relevant experience in a compliance or secretarial support role and a strong foundation in corporate laws.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Strong understanding of corporate compliance, ROC processes, and basic company law
• Familiarity with MCA portal, statutory formats, and secretarial documentation
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings (ROC, MCA, etc.)
• Support in drafting board resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, and minute writing
• Help with compliance tracking across various group entities
• Coordinate with internal departments and consultants on secretarial and legal matters
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews
• Stay updated with changes in company law and related regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
