CS Associate - RCP - Building Owner

Role Overview: As the Responsible for Soft and Admin Services in the respective building, your primary role will be to ensure all employee services are carried out efficiently and as per SLA & OLA. You will be responsible for liaising with disciplinary heads, monitoring building upkeep, ensuring smooth functioning of Business Centres, maintaining fire safety equipment, and engaging in employee activities and events. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining stakeholder relationships and providing ground support during emergency situations. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with disciplinary heads to coordinate various services such as housekeeping, pantry, pest control, maintenance, and utilities - Address employee feedback received through surveys and communicate necessary corrections effectively - Conduct daily rounds to monitor the upkeep of buildings and ensure all facilities are in excellent condition - Maintain fire safety standards by ensuring proper testing and refilling of extinguishers - Support employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment - Correct unsafe conditions and liaise with module coordinators and fire wardens for necessary actions - Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to enhance service standards - Provide timely ground support during emergency situations both on-site and off-site - Coordinate and support VVIP visits and assist in completion of shifting processes - Update seating plans in the system accurately and efficiently Qualification Required: - Graduation with strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficient computer knowledge - Background in Hotel Management/BBM is preferred, while a post-graduate degree in management will be desirable - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a large Corporate Services department, hotel, IT, or factory Skills & Competencies: - Effective Execution - Team Player - Customer Orientation - Result Orientation - Risk Management - Situational Awareness - Inventory Management - Process Orientation,
