Cross Functional Governance Specialist

Role Overview: As a Supervising Associate - Cross Functional Governance Specialist at EY, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Management teams in ensuring compliance with defined KPIs, roadmaps, and processes. You will play a crucial role in a transformational team that provides services and capabilities essential for delivering quality products, services, and platforms to employees. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and deliver processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and effective stakeholder management within the product management functions. - Collaboratively develop and implement program solutions aligning with the Product Management Lifecycle. - Deliver complex initiatives, ensuring performance and results accountability. - Manage short- and long-term projects impacting Enterprise Technology. - Actively handle communications by collecting, writing, and distributing news. - Develop a content calendar for communication mediums like e-newsletters, Yammer site, special news alerts, among others. - Act as the Risk Champion on the Information Security Remediation Working Group. - Oversee the maintenance, updates, and expansion of PowerBI dashboards. - Supervise the work of PowerBI data engineers. - Identify innovative solutions through research, analysis, and best practices. - Independently manage customer relationships across Enterprise Technology. - Utilize expertise to guide others, interpret internal/external issues, and recommend quality solutions. Qualifications Required: - Understanding of the Product Management Lifecycle. - Knowledge of Enterprise Technology/EY Finance structure, budgeting, and actuals management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with cross-cultural proficiency. - Hands-on experience with Excel and PowerBI. - Exposure to project management, budgeting, ADO, and Agile project management. - Excellent presentation skills. - Effective communication abilities to influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams. - Capacity to engage and collaborate in diverse settings. - Sense of urgency, agility, decisiveness, and ability to work under pressure. - Curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking. - Experience working in virtual teams.
