Cross Functional Governance Specialist

As a Supervising Associate - Cross Functional Governance Specialist at EY, you will be a crucial part of a transformational team that supports the Product Management teams in ensuring compliance with defined KPIs, roadmaps, and processes. Your role will involve managing and delivering processes, solutions, and projects effectively, with a focus on quality and stakeholder management across product management functions. You will collaborate to develop and implement program solutions aligned with the Product Management Lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver complex initiatives, ensuring performance and results accountability - Manage short- and long-term projects impacting Enterprise Technology - Actively manage communication by collecting, writing, and distributing news - Develop a content calendar for various communication mediums - Serve as the Risk Champion on the Information Security Remediation Working Group - Oversee and expand PowerBI dashboards - Manage PowerBI data engineer's work - Identify innovative solutions through research, analysis, and experience of best practices - Independently manage customer relationships within Enterprise Technology - Apply expertise to guide and recommend quality solutions Skills and attributes required: - Understanding of the Product Management Lifecycle - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including cross-cultural communication - Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI - Exposure to project management and budgeting - Working knowledge of ADO and Agile project management - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams - Agility, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure - Curiosity, creativity, and ability to think independently - Experience working in virtual teams Qualifications: - College degree in business or related technology field Experience: - 5+ years of professional experience in a similar domain - Understanding and experience in Project/Program Management In this role, you will work in a highly integrated, global team with opportunities for growth and career development.
