CRO & Retention Strategist

As a Growth Executive at our company in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with 13 years of experience in the Growth/Strategy department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing website performance, enhancing conversion rates, and driving long-term customer engagement. Your expertise in website analysis, CRO, and retention marketing will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth and implementing data-backed strategies to enhance user experience. Your key responsibilities will include conducting in-depth website and funnel analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement, developing CRO strategies such as A/B testing and landing page optimization, and collaborating with various teams to implement and measure CRO initiatives effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and executing retention marketing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and recommending enhancements to website architecture and content for increased engagement and conversions. To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in growth, digital marketing, or CRO-focused roles. A strong understanding of CRO principles, website analytics, and user funnel optimization, as well as hands-on knowledge of tools like GA4, VWO, Hotjar, HubSpot, and Salesforce, will be essential. Your analytical mindset, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills, will enable you to translate data into actionable insights and work effectively with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
